Nazarene Missions Reading Book 1928
This book recounts the trip taken by the author in 1927. It is a travelogue, including many photos, of the places and people visited. Of particular note is the section related to the dedication of the Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital on July 16, 1927. Located in Bermersdorp, Swaziland (now Manzini, eSwatini), this hospital was named in honor of Fitkin's son Raleigh, who died at the age of 10.
Most of the trip focused on South Africa and Swaziland, but also included the current countries of Mozambique and Zimbabwe., with stops in England and Scotland at the beginning and end of the trip.
